Social media plays a large role in content syndication, and it is growing faster than any promotional channel ever has. The social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube are becoming benchmarks in marketing efforts much like websites and email have in the past.


85% of people who use social media say companies should not only have a presence on social media, but they should also interact with their audience. That means talk to them. The people on social networks want to hear from you, and it is reported that this year more than 90% of businesses will increase their level of engagement in social media. You can’t afford to sit on the sidelines while your competitors talk to your customers.
